Iguana Catch and Cook – LIZARD CURRY! Hunting Invasive Iguanas in Florida

Green iguanas are everywhere in the southern Florida. These invasive reptiles are native to Central and South America but after people illegally released their pets into the wild, there are now massive populations of feral iguanas in South Florida. So in an effort to control the population Florida has legalized hunting iguanas. On this trip I try my hand at hunting these lizards and of course we are going to eat what we catch so I am going to try some iguana recipes. Tandoori Iguana and Iguana tikka masala (lizard curry).
