CAVEMAN Cook and Eat BONE MARROW, Bowdrill in the Woods | ASMR (Silent)

I make a bow drill set from scratch using dead standing cedar branches. I use a really old axe to shape my bushcraft survival friction fire set. After making the fire, I collect bones to make bone marrow which is cooked over the fire in this asmr video. Bone marrow is very rich in nutrients and calories and was a vital ingredient in human history and evolution.
