Catching Coyote Alive (Huge Challenge!) to Save Baby Goats

We put a giant live trap through it’s paces in order to try to catch a larger predator ALIVE. The coyote have been taking baby goats from the farm so it’s time to do something about it and reduce their numbers. We set the trap using bait and lure the big predators into the set live trap. The trap is spring loaded and closes at both ends very quickly so that no animal can escape.

This is about removing pest animals that are damaging property and taking animals from the farmer. We will show you how to set a live trap to remove animals from unwanted places and relocate them so they don’t cause anymore problems.

Coyote are known to harm and attack people, but this is rare. It’s more common for coyote to catch and kill household pets that have been left outside like small dogs and cats. In our case, the coyote are taking baby goats from the farmer.

These traps work on all sorts of animals, from coyote, bobcat, beaver, fish, turtle, turkey, and small game like skunk, raccoon, and so forth.

By the end we discover just how well the trap works as we get into warm weather and all the animals like raccoon, skunk and so on start waking up and wondering around looking for food.

This live trap can be set partially or totally submerged in water and is triggered by a set of adjustable wires.

The double guillotine quickly moves down to shut the doors, they are not gravity fed, but powered by springs.
