Today we are chasing Kahawhai and Baracuda. Both are underrated eating fish in NZ. NZ Baracuda is exported to South Africa as snoek in their hundreds but a lot of people in NZ are put off by the worms found in them. In this clip, I share my own recipe for crumbed Kahawai fillets.
