Primitive Potato & Egg Breakfast on Adobe Rocket Stove

A potato and scrambled egg cook well on a clay hot plate (called a “comal” in Spanish) on top of my adobe rocket stove. This totally primitive kitchen is versatile for a variety of cooking techniques. The temperature can be increased by the adding more firewood. This meal cooked slow but thoroughly without burning and was very delicious.
