Atlatl Spear Competition (Part 4) – Primitive Hole Drilling

Using Primitive Technology, skills and methods we show how to perform primitive hole drilling in our Atlatl Thrower for our hand pegs, as well as how to Glue our pegs using pitch mixed with charcoal.

Atlatl Hunting was a primitive way of survival, but we want to make some just so we can have some Atlatl Throwing fun with some friendly Games and Competitions.

We used only Stone tools and Aboriginal Primitive methods, but anyone can make a Spear and Thrower in half the time by following the steps from these videos using modern tools as well.
