Hey everyone,

A slightly different video than usual but this is a subject I am extremely passionate about which is mental health and a few ways on how to stay sane during the lockdown. I felt like sharing some ideas and tips for those people that are really struggling during this period as a lot of us are stuck inside all day with very little structure compared to our normal lives.

I hope this video will be able to give some ideas to those people that need it during this time as routine has been the biggest thing that has helped me mentally be able to stay sane during this lockdown. I was inspired to make this video from my Italian friend Riccardo who I noticed was having a bad few days mentally and was not acting his usual self so I knew there must be other people who are experiencing highs and lows in the current situation.
