Blackberry Vine Cordage & Grand Fir Bow Drill

When I was braiding up some blackberry vines for bow drill cordage, I got the bright idea to try twisting them at the same time.

I caught my mistake, but didn’t go back to correct it and it reared its ugly head while trying to get an ember.
