Slow cooked fallow deer leg

Hey guys, today we cooked up some of the last pieces of Follow deer we had in the freezer which means we will be heading out to get some more!

This turned out so amazingly soft and tender and it was such an easy recipe to throw together.

If you wanted to thicken up the leftover juices in the slow cooker with some cornflour and cold water mixed together this would work nicely or you could add some gravy granules to thicken it instead.
