Taking Jody to Adele Island. S~Vlog 35

16-year-old Jody rocks up to the old farmhouse on his new second hand skooter. He brings with him some wild pork patties which we cook for a late breakfast and then set off to do some fishing off his secret fish spot off Adele island. The spot is so secrete that not even the fish know where it is. The last week has not been very successful for for harvesting wild food and today proves difficult once again as fishing often can be fruitless during these cold winter months here. Its all about doing it and the journy. To come home with no food is a humbling reminder of how hard life once was for our ansestors who had no back plan of going to the supermarket when times were hard for gathering & harrvesting food. Welcome to this day.
