Whats The Sharpest Knife In The World?

How sharp can you get a knife freehand sharpening? Pretty sharp! These knives were sharpened freehand on some prototype sharpening stones to 400 grit, and stropped with a two strop progression. Theres plenty of room for improvement as they are only 400 grit edges. Ill be doing some knife sharpening videos in the future so stay tuned! Thanks for watching!
