ALONE IN THE WOODS – SHELTER BUILD – CAMP FIRE – WITH MY DOG – NO TALK

I spend 2 days constructing a lean-to shelter / fort using woodland materials. 99% of the wood used for this project was dry, dead & standing wood. The other 1% was green hazel, used for the bench pegs. As for the cedar bows….these were salvaged from some downed trees which were felled due to recent forestry work in the woodland so I spend a good hour helping myself to the branches with my folding saw. This shelter will be the beginning of a larger project…stay tuned!
