This year we start off with a catch n cook minnows – a delectable treat!

This year we decided to be more mobile and we came in ready with a plan. Find out if we can put turn a year’s worth of experiments and learning into success and thrive in our epic journey of survival!

In this episode we seek beaver as the boon animal but also set minnow traps in case we aren’t successful. We add wild edibles to our meal including milkweed and various species of mushroom including chanterells and lobster mushrooms and chokecherries.
