Catching it & Cooking it in Salt Water. Clay Tall Stories

Blanching your fish in boiling seawater has 2 functions. It partly cooks the fish and adds salt for flavor. Then it is into the pan to finish it off in hot butter. Join my son Jona, my dog Pace, and myself as we head out into the Tasman bay for some fishing here in New Zealand. Snapper is currently plentiful but we also catch, Kahawai, Mackerel, and Piper (garfish). We are using the homemade punt and cooking on a homemade wood burner built from an old gas bottle. Video of that build here. https://youtu.be/XKKrfQHrNk4.
