First I’ll add more loft to my grass bedding in my lean to shelter that I built using only minimal bushcraft tools including a saw and axe.

I will eat the kidney on a stick!

I’ll show you how to build a rock oven using very simple materials I find in the FOREST.

The snowshoe hare was taken by snare using a simple stainless steel metal wire that you can get from the hardware store.

Singing the hare off an animal is done routinely by primitive people in order to retain as much fat as possible which is contained in the skin. This will help avoid rabbit starvation which happens if you only eat lean protein for longer than 3 weeks. An all animal diet must include all parts of the animal including the brain, organs, eyes, tongue and of course, the skin.

I’ll demonstrate how to cook a meat buffet using just a rock and the materials around me from start to finish including friction fire!

Before I start, I bushcraft a primitive lean-to shelter using only a few tools out of materials around me including cedar and spruce bows without any cordage.

Next I’ll make a friction fire using a bow drill with a tinder bundle made of cedar, birch bark and dead grass.
