A really quick video I recorded on my exercise hour today, trying to bring some positivity to the corona virus lockdown situation. Just my view and hoping I can give one or two people some inspiration to get through these difficult times.
A lockdown following a pandemic can’t wreck havoc on people’s mental health, so I’d like to try and help people… even if it’s only one person.
