Is this the best fish dish I have created yet? In this Snap-vlog I share one of my newest food creations starting off with Lambs heart quickly seared in leaf lard with rosemary with a wild mint & honey sauce for starters. The main is Blue cod & Kahawai dusted with freshly ground rock salt and peppercorns with dried dill then pan-fried in the skillet in Leaf lard and place in the hotplate with bri cheese on top served with a side dish of fresh veg and also a large bowl of seasonal lettuce with fresh lemon squeezed over it and olives with olive oil. For desert, we are having my favorite frozen mixed berries with coconut cream on top. I only eat one meal a day so I always make sure it is full of good nutritional value. how to cook fish. Enjoy.
