Father and son day on a snowy mountain

While I absolutely love being alone in the wilderness I also enjoy quality family time. To me quality family time is also spent in the wilderness. This trip wasn’t a primitive camping adventure but rather a one-day road trip to the mountains, just me and my youngest son, for some time to bond. It was a great time of country driving, a snowball fight, beautiful scenic views, freezing cold weather and a stop at a rustic diner for lunch, all accompanied by a cool soundtrack. Enjoy!
