First Aid Kit – Medical, Emergency and First Aid Items I Carry on Trips and out in the Woods.

In this video, I will be going through the first aid kit items I take out with me on trips, camps, while hiking, while canoeing and while bushcrafting.

First aid is one of those often overlooked areas when we are packing for a trip – it is less exciting than the rest of our gear and can often be left out altogether. It only takes the slightest accident, the slightest lapse in concentration or an event that is completely out of our control to ruin a trip or worse – to put a life in danger. Having a well thought out first aid kit could save your life in the worst case scenario or save your trip at the very least.

I hope this video gives you some ideas of what to keep in yours – hopefully you’ll never need it, but its always best to be prepared.
