Happy Mothers Day: Lesson from the Birds

In many countries Mother’s Day is celebrated on May 10th. I have been observing a wren (common species of bird) couple as they prepared a nest and on May 10th their babies hatched from eggs. Observing these wrens has been a blessing and thought provoking experience. Being a mother is such an important vocation and this new family of wrens are a great example for us to consider the immense blessings motherhood brings. Happy Mother’s Day!
