How to Make Primitive Loquat Preserves

Loquats (Eriobotrya japonica) are a nutritious fruit that ripens one time per year and then they quickly spoil. However, loquats are easy to harvest and can be made into delicious loquat preserves. In this video I use primitive methods at my hut to prepare loquat preserves and enjoy them with fresh ground acorn pancakes.
