I was trying to find a bacon with no sugar or nitrates in the shops. It does not exist. Also often smoked stuff contains carcinogens so smoke free bacon is also hard to find but I love bacon…I mean who does not like Bacon? So I started experimenting and I found just a simple common salt rub did the trick beautifully.
