Kayak Fishing ~ Catch & Cook ~ Beach Fire Cooking

This is a brilliant way to cook fish over a fire if you don’t have any cooking utensils other than your knife. On this catch & cook mission, we hook into some young kahawai and cook them over an open fire on the beach. I split the fish and remove the bones and butterfly them using some green pohutukawa to splay the flesh over the embers. Thank you for joining me.
