It’s a majestic day in Ruby Bay New Zealand and perfect for some kayak fishing. I am going to try something new. Fishing with a jig. John Dory is one of my most favorite eating fish and I will share with you my simple egg wash & dill recipe on the houseboat. This catch and cook will be one not to miss and one which I will always remember.
