Knife sharpening tips 3. In this video I talk about why the tip of some knives is much more difficult to sharpen than others. There is a good reason why you may be struggling to “get it sharp”.
Blade geometry plays an important roll in knife sharpening. Bevel widths may look inconsistent, but in fact, may be spot on.
