Making Cedar Bark Cordage and a Bow Drill Set

Cedar bark is traditionally harvested in late spring and early summer and is much more difficult to remove from the tree and outer bark this late in the year. I was curious it was still feasible to do so. It took a bit more effort, but it seems that the resource is still viable into the fall.

I also tried processing cedar bark down into tinder bundle material by hand instead of scraping it with the back of my knife.

Questions, comments, and suggestions are always welcome.
