Making six pack abs at the beach

I’ve been doing this routine for 15 years. It’s quick, intense, only takes 12 minutes, and can be done almost anywhere. Some of the exercises are for advanced athletes so please modify or avoid doing exercises that are too difficult or put you at risk of injury. When done properly and consistently this routine will make you stronger, more flexible, and more resistant to injury. Healthy eating is just as important so don’t neglect the food choices you make.
