Hey guys, in today’s video I went back out and did some more exploring. With the lockdown being extended it is important to be looking after our mental health and for me what really helps is getting out into nature and seeing new things.

We saw some incredible birds in the centre of Pokhara which looked like they were getting ready for hatching season and also walked past some buffalo who were enjoying a nice bath in the midday sun. I hope everyone is well and staying safe and thanks as always for your support and kind messages! 🙂
