SUNRISE SUP AND SWIM / WILD SWIMMING / SUP BOARDING / GIVEAWAY DRAW

Hi everyone, thanks for joining me as I took to the river for the fist time in a few weeks to catch a glorious sunrise.
I woke early and after nelsons run decided to get the paddle board out and try and catch a sunrise.
It was a stunning morning, I managed to see the usual heron and even caught a barn owl briefly on film. I stopped and had some breakfast and went for a quick wild swim. The river has been too high of late to do any safely so it seems like forever since I last went out!

I hope everyone is well and keeping sane, won’t be long until we can go out to play again!
