SWEAT MAKER Dumbbell Cardio Full Body Workout | EPIC III Day 14

A full body cardio session that will involve a mixture of lifting and cardio! Shoulders, chest, back, quads and hamstrings all targeted!

All you will need for this sweaty session is a pair of dumbbells and your mat!

The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 9kg throughout!

The timer will be on throughout for 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest!
