UNLEASHED Unilateral Lower Body Workout | EPIC III Day 37

Unilateral lower body session to sizzle the quads, hamstrings and glutes! Unilateral training throughout from one side to the opposite involving main compound movements but also some of our favourites!

The timer will be on for 40 seconds each exercise, with 20 seconds rest inbetween!

There is a staple that will appear 5 times in total! The staple will be 40 seconds of static lunge on one side, followed by 20 seconds rest then onto the opposite side!

For this lower body session you will need a pair of dumbbells and your mat!

The dumbbells I am using are 15kg each!

This is a very demanding yet totally enjoyable session to work your entire lower body!!
