VIKING HOUSE OVERNIGHTER, SMOKED SALMON, FORAGING, BAKED BREAD, BUSHCRAFT, ALE HORNS – TA OUTDOORS

Join myself, Mike (TA Outdoors) and Amber for an overnighter in the Viking House. We cook up a huge salmon over the fire using a traditional method and forage some fresh herbs for some additional flavour. Using a dutch oven we bake a fresh loaf of bread to go with our evening meal and then use the leftovers for breakfast! Was it tasty? Yes it was!
