WHAT IS SCARY SHARP?? How sharp can you get a knife freehand sharpening?…Pretty sharp!

What is scary sharp? Knife sharpness is relative to what your cutting. If your knife cuts what you need it to, then its sharp! This knife may be scary sharp but, it wouldn’t be very good at cutting a hard crusted bread.
