Whole Spit-Roast Salmon Cooked over a Campfire. Christmas 2021.

In this video, I am out in the woods with my son Tom and Maggie to cook a whole salmon over the campfire. Silly Christmas hats, Christmas crackers, some good laughs and belly full of delicious fish – a perfect morning if you ask me!
