Wild Goat Curry at Home Clay Tall Stories

Today at the old farmhouse I am cooking wild goat curry with coconut cream, cow cream, butter, turmeric, yellow curry, tomatoes, garlic, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, chili, salted pork fat, bacon, and salt.
Wild goat roams New Zealand from one end to the other. It is so unpopular as a meat source that most hunters target more wild pig and deer leaving the goats to grow in numbers. The wild goat population is surprisingly high considering they only have one kid a year, unlike pigs who will throw two litter of pigs and as many as 12 piglets in a litter. The government contracts different pest control agencies to cull wild goats but still, numbers are high. I hope you enjoy this Video. Clay 😊
